Understand and proficient in Athena Supports the lead care coordination team by assisting with follow-up scheduling and conflict resolution when needed Additional Computer skills such as all Microsoft skills, Dropbox, DocuSign, e-faxing, moving and migrating documents multi platforms. Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively Reliable and punctual Help with ordering of medical supplies and inventory tracking Experience with shipping platforms (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) is a plus Understand luxury market such as luxury hotel or retail, country club-high service expectations.
