Combining decades of experience with state-of-the-art technology, CRM has achieved some of the highest pregnancy rates in the southeast. CRM is also known for providing compassionate patient care & individualized treatment plans. The work we do, changing peoples' lives and building families, offers stimulation, challenge, and personal reward. We have an immediate opening for a qualified Medical Assistant to fill a full-time position at our Winter Park location. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm with rotating weekends & holidays. This is an exciting and challenging position with a practice that continues to grow. Assignments include but not limited to: Facilitates patient flow in a timely manner Informs provider of schedule changes that impact patient flow Gathers information on new patients Measure vital signs, including height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, appropriately document findings in EMR Maintain exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies and instruments; prepare and complete instrument sterilization as required. Assist MD with procedures and ultrasound and prepare patients for exams Provide support to the provider by anticipating provider needs Collaborate with nursing team to have patient questions and issues addressed promptly Triage, return phone calls and fields messages from patients, pharmacies, and office staff to physicians and/or nurses Applicants must have excellent communications and computer skills; capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment; Candidate who is bi-lingual/multi-lingual is a Plus. Knowledge of women's health is a Plus. CRM is a physician practice of approximately 80 employees dedicated to the treatment of infertility.
