Are you a people person who loves helping patients? Are you organized and systematic? Are you an enthusiastic go-getter? Then we would love to have you join our team! The ideal candidate will enjoy a balanced role, as a clinical team leader, overseeing daily operations, mentoring staff, and providing patient care. Splitting their time equally between assisting physicians—performing medical tests, administering medications, and providing patient education—and managing essential administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping others. Competitive pay, based on experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of Medical Assistant experience in a clinical setting required Minimum of 2 years in a lead or supervisory role required IV insertion/IV therapy experience required Phlebotomy experience required Experience with patient intake, vitals, injections, and EMR systems Bariatric, weight loss, or specialty practice experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to lead, train, and support clinical staff CMA/RMA certification requiredResponsibilities:
Oversee daily clinical operations and assist with workflow management Support providers with patient care and bariatric-related procedures Perform IV therapy, IV insertion, injections, blood draws, and phlebotomy procedures Train and mentor Medical Assistant staff Assist with patient education and follow-up care Ensure excellent patient experience and quality care standards are maintained Maintain compliance with office protocols and HIPAA guidelines Hours areM-F:
