Job Description
No prior hair transplant experience required — paid training provided! Are you a Medical Assistant, Surgical Tech, or Esthetician looking to grow your career in a specialized, high-demand field? Join our expanding Hair Transplant Clinic in Atlanta, GA., and gain hands-on experience in advanced aesthetic procedures. Responsibilities Prepare patients for procedures (hair washing, cutting, pre-op setup) Assist physicians during hair transplant surgeries Trim and place hair follicles (training provided) Maintain a clean, organized OR and lab Support a high-quality patient experience throughout procedures Qualifications Medical Assistant certification preferred (not required) Open to Surgical Techs, Clinical Assistants, and Licensed Estheticians Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Compensation & Benefits Starting at $20 an hour during the training program Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO Career advancement opportunities in a growing specialty Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 AM start time 1-3 procedures per day
