Your expertise will help facilitate efficient patient intake, vital sign collection, medical documentation, and basic clinical procedures. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist with patient intake processes, including collecting medical histories and verifying insurance information Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort throughout their visit Maintain accurate documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems while adhering to confidentiality protocols Support medical procedures by setting up equipment, sterilizing tools, and ensuring compliance with safety standards Manage administrative duties including scheduling appointments, managing ICD coding for diagnoses, and updating patient records efficiently Experience Prior experience working as a Medical Assistant in diverse settings such as hospital medicine, outpatient clinics, or specialty practices like dermatology or geriatrics Hands-on experience with EHR systems and familiarity with medical terminology and physiology concepts Experience supporting emergency medicine or urgent care clinics with rapid response capabilities Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments Join us to make a meaningful difference in patient lives by providing compassionate care while supporting our healthcare team's mission of excellence.
