This position is ideal for college graduates pursuing pre‑PA or pre‑medical clinical experience who want hands‑on involvement in direct patient care while preparing for Physician Assistant programs or Medical School. This role offers meaningful responsibility, consistent patient interaction, and the opportunity to gain clinical hours valued by graduate healthcare programs. Key Responsibilities Rooming patients, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs Accurate and detailed clinical charting and documentation Preparing exam and procedure rooms Cleaning and sterilizing instruments using proper clean and sterile technique Placing lab orders and ensuring accurate tracking and documentation Assisting providers during office visits and in‑office procedures Maintaining clinic flow and supporting a positive patient experience Qualifications College graduate seeking direct clinical experience for PA or Medical School applications Strong interest in women's health and patient‑centered care Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor Ability to accept feedback and work in a learning‑focused environment Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced clinic Clinical Hours & Professional Development Eligible candidates may receive a signed clinical hours verification letter documenting direct patient care responsibilities Substantial exposure to outpatient clinical workflows and procedures Strong performers may be considered for professional letters of recommendation based on performance, professionalism, and duration of employment Ongoing mentorship and skill development to support readiness for graduate healthcare training Why Join Our Practice Hands‑on clinical experience beyond shadowing or observation Meaningful patient care responsibilities in a collaborative women's health setting Experience aligned with PA and medical school admissions expectations
