Full-time Medical Assistant Job Type:
Full-time About the Role We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team at the Cordele office . The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in triage and assisting with patient care coordination and administrative support. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth patient flow, clear communication, and quality service delivery. Responsibilities Assist in triage by recording patient vitals, medical history, and updating records in eClinicalWorks (eCW) Answer patient phone calls, schedule appointments, and relay messages efficiently Handle medication refill requests and follow clinic protocols Support physicians and nurses during patient encounters Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards Perform other duties as assigned to support daily clinic operations Qualifications Medical Assistant certification or relevant experience required eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through Indeed with an updated resume .
