Description
Medical Assistant
- Resurgens Orthopaedics Join Resurgens Orthopaedics, a leading provider of orthopedic care dedicated to improving patient outcomes through compassionate and expert service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians and healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are ready
- Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and patient information accurately
- Assist with patient education and provide instructions as directed by healthcare providers
- Manage patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas in compliance with safety standards
- Support administrative tasks such as documentation and filing Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
