Job Description

Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in women's health? The Howard Center for Women's Health is seeking an energetic, positive, and dependable Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is eager to grow professionally. As a vital member of our care team, you will work directly under the supervision of a Nurse Practitioner to support patient care and ensure a seamless clinical experience. Schedule Part-Time - 2/3 Days Per Week 8:15 AM - 6:00 PM (or until the last patient leaves) No weekends or holidays Key Responsibilities Assist providers with patient examinations and in-office procedures Perform vital signs assessments and obtain detailed medical histories Administer injections as ordered Perform catheter removals and insertions Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Clean, prepare, and stock exam rooms Support patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations Perform other duties as assigned All clinical duties are performed under the direct supervision of a Nurse Practitioner. Training Requirement Minimum two-week training period Training will take place at our main office: 1948 Old Ocilla Road, Tifton, GA 31794 Qualifications Medical Assistant certification preferred (or relevant clinical experience) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting Professional, compassionate demeanor Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn If you are passionate about women's health and ready to contribute to a team that puts patients first, we encourage you to apply today.
