Pulse4Pulse is seeking a polished, professional, and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with strong clinical skills, excellent communication, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset. This role is ideal for a Medical Assistant who enjoys creating a positive patient experience while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on preventative cardiovascular care. Responsibilities Welcome and room patients Perform patient intake and EMR documentation Conduct non-invasive cardiovascular screening tests, including: ABI testing ANS testing Sudomotor testing Upload and submit test results to the reviewing physician Maintain accurate documentation and efficient clinic workflow Support a high-quality patient experience through professionalism and attention to detail Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (required) Experience in a medical office or clinical setting Experience with Epic preferred, but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor and presentation About Pulse4Pulse Pulse4Pulse is a cardiovascular wellness company focused on early detection and prevention through non-invasive diagnostic testing.
