Position Overview:

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Medical Assistant/phlebotomist to join our team. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time as the clinic continues to expand. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, wellness-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist providers with patient care and treatments Perform blood draws (phlebotomy) and prepare specimens Room patients, take vitals, and document medical history Support GLP-1 weight loss programs and patient follow-ups Provide patient education and ensure a positive experience Maintain accurate and organized medical records Assist with clinic flow and daily operations

Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish/English) required Medical Assistant certification preferred (not required with relevant experience) Experience with blood draws required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive, professional attitude and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Experience:

Experience with GLP-1 weight loss programs Knowledge of hormone optimization (a plus, not required) Experience in a wellness clinic, medical spa, or similar setting

Schedule:
