Summary We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team at Jay Medical Clinic in the US. This role is pivotal in supporting our internal medicine practice by ensuring efficient patient care and administrative operations, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare. Responsibilities Assist with patient intake and maintain accurate medical records. Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, administering IM injections and phlebotomy. Provide exceptional patient service and support during visits. Manage electronic health records (EHR) and ensure data accuracy. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Coordinate appointments and manage front-office tasks. Uphold compliance with medical regulations and standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant is required. Proficient in EHR systems and medical terminology. Strong knowledge of basic life support (BLS) techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred. Familiarity with ICD coding and insurance processes is a plus.
