  • Full-time About the Role We are a patient-centered primary care clinic looking for a dedicated bilingual Medical Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will work side-by-side with our provider every day — helping to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. You will be a trusted voice for patients and an essential partner to our clinical team. This is a fast-paced environment where two days are seldom the same. We are looking for dynamic medical assistants who takes ownership of their work, stays one step ahead, and brings both professionalism and genuine warmth to every patient interaction. What You'll Do As a Medical Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but arre not limited to: Work directly alongside the provider to support patient care from start to finish Room patients, record vital signs, update medical histories, and prepare exam rooms Perform clinical procedures including electrocardiograms (EKGs), venipuncture (blood draws), immunization administration, and injections, following established clinical protocols and maintaining strict safety and infection control standards at all times. Serve as an advocate for patients — listening to their concerns and making sure their needs are communicated clearly to the care team Assist the provider during examinations and procedures Manage prescription refill requests, prior authorizations, and patient follow-up tasks Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Anticipate what the provider and patients need — and act on it without waiting to be asked Always uphold patient confidentiality and clinic policies Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate brings the following qualities to our team: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) or actively working toward certification 2+ years of experience in a primary care or outpatient clinical setting preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish Self-starter who identifies what needs to be done and gets it done Keen attention to detail Caring, empathetic approach to patient care Professional, dependable, and a strong team player Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-moving office environment Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and listening What We Offer Health Insurance — comprehensive medical coverage for you and your family Paid Holidays — time off to recharge on major holidays throughout the year Paid Vacation A supportive, close-knit team that values your contribution Opportunity to grow and develop your clinical skills A Note on Certification We welcome candidates who are currently in the process of becoming certified.
