Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to medical staff and help ensure the smooth operation of our treatment and diagnostics room within the Skilled Nursing Facilities we support throughout the Columbus area.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4 PM No on call or weekends required!

Duties:

Assist healthcare providers in patient care under physician supervision Perform and record vital signs accurately Administer medications as directed Conduct patient intake, including medical history and reason for visit Provide administrative support: scheduling appointments, maintaining records Support patients with inhalation treatments and other procedures Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential Proficiency in coding and medical terminology Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting (preferred)

Skills Required:

Immediate need with preference for the following skills:
