With the help of our professional staff, they also follow up to make sure that pain is relieved, problems are resolved and your health improves. Ankle & Foot Associates, LLC is searching for a passionate Medical Assistant for our Waycross office. Position Description:
Performs assigned patient care duties under the direction of a licensed provider. Responsible for performing clinical duties such as:
  • Interacting with Patients on a daily basis
  • Obtaining Patient's Medical History
  • Obtaining Patient Vitals
  • Performing X-rays
  • Checking vitals
  • Assisting with In Office Surgical Procedures
  • Applying Post Op and Compression Dressings
  • Wound Care
  • Dispensing Durable Medical Equipment
  • Collecting Specimens for Biopsy/Culture
  • Castings
  • Sanitizing Patient Rooms
Restocking Patient Rooms Requirements:
Certified MA, RMA or LPN preferred Proven working experience as a medical assistant Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software Strong organizational and planning skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills EEOC www.anklesandfeet.com
