$1406.00 - $1449.00 Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties Room patients and prepare for visits (vitals, chief complaint, medications, allergies) Obtain and document patient history and screening information Assist providers during exams and minor Perform basic clinical skills such as: Injections and vaccines Prepare and clean exam rooms; ensure supplies and equipment are available and sterilized Support patient education and reinforce provider instructions Epic / EHR Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in Epic accurately and in real time
• Update medication lists, allergies, and health history
• Manage in-basket messages, including patient calls, refill requests, and follow-up coordination
• Pend orders for provider review (labs, referrals, imaging) per protocol
• Track and communicate results under provider direction Administrative Duties
• Manage patient check-in/out, scheduling, and referrals
• Coordinate prior authorizations and specialty orders (e.g., imaging, neurosurgery procedures)
• Maintain efficient patient flow and clinic
• Answer phones,
• Support team-based workflows and quality improvement initiatives Care Coordination & Team Support
• Collaborate with neurosurgeons, RNs, and administrative staff
• Coordinate follow-up care, referrals, and diagnostic testing
• Participate in daily huddles and workflow standardization
• Support patient safety and infection control standards
