40 Hours/Week Job Summary We are seeking a Travel Medical Assistant (Outpatient) to join a primary care clinic in Kailua, Hawaii. The Medical Assistant will provide clinical support to physicians and other healthcare providers by assisting with patient care, preparing exam rooms, documenting patient information, and performing routine clinical procedures. This assignment supports an EPIC conversion project and requires candidates with recent experience using both EPIC and Cerner. Requirements High School Diploma or GED (Required) Recent EPIC experience within the last 12 months (Required) Recent Cerner experience (Required) All work history must list the EMR/charting system used (Required) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required) Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) Preferred Phlebotomy Certificate Preferred Audiometry/Vision Training or CHDP Certificate Preferred Responsibilities Prepare patients for examination and treatment Record vital signs and patient medical history Assist providers with outpatient procedures Perform specimen collection and phlebotomy as needed Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records Document care using EPIC and Cerner Ensure exam rooms are stocked and prepared Provide excellent patient care and customer service Assignment Details 8-Week Travel Contract Day Shift 40
