Prepare patients for examinations or procedures by explaining processes and ensuring comfort throughout their visit. Document medical information precisely using medical terminology and ICD coding standards for billing and record-keeping purposes. Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment while adhering to safety protocols for infection control and patient privacy. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing questions, offering reassurance, and ensuring a positive experience during each visit. Experience Familiarity with EHR systems, medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, physiology principles, and ICD coding a plus but willing to train Customer service exp. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams ensures seamless patient care delivery.
