Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care and support clinical operations. Your expertise will help ensure smooth clinic workflows, accurate documentation, and a positive patient experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact patient health and well-being. Responsibilities Perform patient intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks such as medication administration, EKGs, and basic life support (BLS) protocols Manage electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently for documentation of patient encounters and medical records management Conduct patient education on treatment plans, medication usage, and follow-up care to enhance understanding and compliance Prepare examination rooms and assist during procedures Support administrative duties such as appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and maintaining accurate patient records Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant credential from an accredited program Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology Familiarity with EHR systems, insurance prior authorizations and medical administrative support tasks Ability to perform vital signs collection accurately and efficiently in inpatient or outpatient settings Strong communication skills with a focus on patient service excellence Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by delivering high-quality care with enthusiasm and professionalism. Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
