This position is for Monday thru Friday with a Saturday rotation. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. We have 6 offices, in the Treasure Valley, so this is a traveling position . You will work with 7 amazing providers who make you feel like family. Responsibilities Room patients obtain vitals and medical history Allergy skin prick testing Patch testing Venom testing Nitrous oxide and spirometry Prepare and clean treatment rooms Administer allergy shots during walk in shot clinic Subcutaneous injections The ability to work with multiple providers in different locations Monitor and process medication(s) prior authorizations Phone Triage Skills Proven working experience as a medical assistant Knowledge of medical office and EHR Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Social perceptiveness Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software ECW experience preferred Work Remotely No Expected hours: 40 per week
