About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team at Table Rock Medicine This role is essential in supporting our healthcare providers and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. Located in a welcoming environment, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our practice. Role Overview Perform patient phone calls with questions, results, and treatment recommendations. Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Perform administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing patient records. Measure and record vital signs accurately. Prepare patients for examinations and explain procedures as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment. Ensure compliance with medical protocols and standards. Assist in managing inventory of medical supplies. Perform prior authorizations, medication refill requests, and other clinical administrative functions. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred. Experience in a Family Medicine/Primary Care clinic required. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with patients and staff. Proficient in administrative tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping.
