Job Description

The Clinical Assistant is responsible for providing support for counseling practice, including scheduling patient visits, collecting and analyzing data, and providing clients with an amazing experience. It also includes returning phone calls, prefer someone with visual media and marketing knowledge and experience (social media). Duties also include event planning and keeping the office neat and presentable. You will be assisting the owner with maintaining and building MindWire Neurofeedback, exciting service offered by Smithson Counseling. Must be excited to work with and help people, and be professional and presentable. Pay is dependent on experience and expertise and may include opportunities for growth and expansion in the future. Hours currently are between 25-30 per/week with room for that to grow.
