We are looking for a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Licensed Medical Assistant / Front Desk Scheduler to join our team part-time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both patient-facing administrative work and supporting a clinical team in a fast-paced, high-touch medical aesthetics environment. Position Overview The Licensed Medical Assistant / Front Desk Scheduler will serve as one of the first points of contact for our clients while also assisting with clinical and administrative tasks as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to provide an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in clients with warmth, professionalism, and excellent customer service Answer multi-line phone system and respond to emails in a timely manner Schedule client appointments across multiple departments Accurately manage daily transactions, patient records, inventory, and appointment notes Educate clients about skincare, IV infusions, injectables, laser treatments, and other cosmetic services Provide support to the clinical team as needed Assist with room turnover, supply organization, inventory, and general office flow Maintain a clean, organized, and HIPAA-compliant front office and clinical environment Protect patient confidentiality and follow all HIPAA regulations Lift and move items up to 50 lbs as needed, including inventory and supplies Follow Idaho labor laws, workplace policies, and company procedures Qualifications Current Medical Assistant license or certification required 1-2 years of experience in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, wellness clinic, healthcare office, or high-end retail setting preferred Strong knowledge or interest in skincare, cosmetic treatments, injectables, IV therapy, and medical aesthetics preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable working with EMR systems and appointment scheduling software Detail-oriented, reliable, organized, and professional Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude Must be a team player and willing to support both front desk and clinical operations Must be eligible to work in the United States Background check may be required upon hire What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Part-time schedule with no weekends or holidays Employee discounts on treatments and retail products Supportive, professional, and fun work environment Ongoing training and development Opportunities for growth within a growing company To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you would be a great fit for the Renew Aesthetics and IV Hydration Bar team to Angela@renewcda.com.
