We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Full-Time Front Desk/ Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role is ideal for someone who is bilingual- Spanish and enjoys working with patients, multitasking, and supporting both clinical and administrative operations in a medical office setting.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out Verify patient information, insurance, and collect co-pays Maintain accurate electronic medical records Assist medical providers with basic clinical tasks (vital signs, rooming patients, preparing exam rooms) Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient front office and clinical area Handle general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Medical Assistant certification or prior medical office experience (preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) Professional appearance and positive attitude Bilingual - Spanish (required)
