Support clinical trials or product evaluations by coordinating equipment setup and data collection processes. Skills Strong understanding of medical device operation, healthcare IT systems, and clinical workflows. Excellent communication skills to effectively train users and convey technical information clearly. Proven problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical software platforms is preferred. Certification or experience in clinical support roles or biomedical technology is a plus. Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
