  • Full-time About Centennial Spine & Pain Centennial Spine & Pain (CS&P) is a rapidly growing, physician‑led Interventional Pain & Minimally Invasive Spine practice committed to delivering exceptional, patient‑centered care.

Patient Intake:
Room patients, obtain vital signs, verify medications, and document chief complaints and pain scores in the EHR.
Procedure Assistance:
Assist providers with interventional pain procedures (e.g., injections, nerve blocks, etc.).
Clinical Duties:
Prepare exam rooms, clean equipment, stock supplies, collect lab specimens, and ensure timely, accurate, and thorough documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Medication/Refills:
Process medication prior authorizations and refill requests under provider supervision.
Scheduling:
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and procedures to ensure smooth patient flow. Other duties as assigned. Administrative Support (This role will be cross‑trained to support front‑desk operations.)
Patient Access:
Greet patients, check them in/out, assist with forms, and collect payments.
Documentation:
Manage patient charts, scan documents, and ensure all required paperwork is available for the provider.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program required.
Certification:
CMA, RMA, or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Experience:
Prior experience in a physician office or healthcare setting (pain management preferred).
Skills:
Proficiency with EHR systems (AdvancedMD preferred but not required) Strong medical terminology knowledge Excellent communication and customer service abilities Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred but not required)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 35-100 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.
Safety & Compliance:
Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and infection‑control standards.
Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to work with a diverse patient population experiencing chronic pain, with empathy and professionalism.
Medication Management:
Knowledge of pain‑related medication protocols preferred.
