Job Highlights Support efficient patient flow by preparing exam rooms, escorting patients, taking vital signs, documenting medical information, and notifying providers of changes in condition
Assist with clinical procedures including ECGs, immunizations, venipuncture, specimen collection, and CLIA-waived testing as directed
Maintain clean, stocked, and safe clinical environments, manages vaccine and supply inventory, and ensures proper equipment handling and disposal of expired items
Communicate effectively with patients and care teams, contributing to a positive experience through professional, friendly interactions
Participate in team meetings, follows office protocols, and performs delegated duties and specialty procedures as assigned by supervisors Candidate Profile Must have a current Medical Assistant certification or obtain one within 6 months
CPR/BLS certifications from the American Heart Association are required
Must have basic computer proficiency for charting and patient documentation
