Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized office assistant. This position requires a candidate to be motivated and organized. The main job will be to work with patients from when they walk in to when they walk out. Check them in and take measurements of their feet and fit their orthotics when they are ready. If you are a proactive individual with good people skills and a strong work ethic, you are encouraged to apply.
Duties:
  • Manage phone systems, demonstrating professional phone etiquette at all times.
  • Assist in organizing office operations and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
  • build and maintain relationships with doctors in the area
  • Process order entries accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Taking measurements for orthotics and fitting them into shoes and will be trained to charge patients at the end of visit.
Experience:
  • No experience necessary.
On-site training will be provided
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
  • Social skills.
