This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of administrative and patient coordination responsibilities. The role focuses on managing referral requests, scheduling appointments, and maintaining communication with providers, case managers, and adjusters. The right candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage and process incoming referral requests efficiently and accurately Communicate with providers, case managers, and adjusters to ensure timely coordination Schedule appointments and follow up with all involved parties Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Provide professional, courteous support to patients and staff Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional medical assistant certification preferred Experience in scheduling, case management, or workers' compensation (preferred) Bilingual - English/Spanish required Proficient in computer systems and electronic health records (EHR) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Schedule Monday through Friday No weekends or evening shifts Full-time position in a professional, team-oriented environment
