Responsibilities Key Responsibilities & Competencies Patient Intake & Rooming:

Collect chief complaint, family/social/surgical history, and perform medication reconciliation.

Clinical Procedures:

Perform urine catheterizations, bladder scanning, suture/staple removal, cast application/removal, and diagnostic testing at the point of care.

Medication & Orders:

Administer vaccines/medications and manage prescription refills per protocol.

Telephone & Admin:

Manage patient calls, coordinate referrals/testing, and complete check-in/check-out.

Patient Education:

Provide written instructions and condition-specific education.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records within the EMR.

Safety:

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $18.33per hour
