Monday-Friday, 9:00a.m.-4:00p.m. Flexible scheduling 5 days a week (4-hour days), 4 days a week (5-hour days) or 3 days a week (6-hour days x2 and 1 - 8-hour day)Required Travel:
no What you will do: Provide general administrative support to the Perinatal Program, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining departmental records and files. Assist with the organization of meetings, conferences, and special events, including scheduling, room reservations, and material preparation. Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and electronic systems as needed. Assist in generating routine reports and documents for the department. Assist in the drafting and proofreading of emails, memos, reports, and other departmental documents. Manage and respond to departmental inquiries, providing excellent customer service. Maintain and monitor inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and submitting orders as necessary. Organize and maintain departmental records, files, and documents. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls for department members as required.What you will need:

High School Diploma Required; Bachelors Degree preferredExperience:
5 Years administrative experience, with demonstrated expertise in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred AHA Heartsaver CPR - American Heart Association (AHA) Required driver's licenseRequired Unique or Preferred Skills:
