Job Description

Join Our Growing Team at The Orthopaedic Institute of Southern Illinois! Are you a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant with a passion for patient care? We are excited to announce that we are expanding our float team and are looking to recruit a Medical Assistant that is ready to make a difference. Why Join Us? What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Previous clinical experience is essential.
Service Attitude:
A commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Attention to
Detail:
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible:
Open to working in different areas and both clinic locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Entering orders and managing patient records within EPIC. Answering and returning phone calls promptly. Conducting patient work-ups and ensuring efficient clinic flow. Rooming patients and taking vitals.
Qualifications:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in and experience with EPIC preferred. How to
