We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, strong communication skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and a genuine passion for helping people improve their health. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, IV therapy, functional medicine, and advanced wellness treatments while working closely with experienced providers. Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Support Welcome patients and provide an exceptional patient experience from check-in through check-out. Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient concerns. Assist providers during consultations, examinations, and procedures. Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies for patient visits. Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, supplements, and follow-up instructions. Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments and procedures. Procedures & Treatments Assist with injections, blood draws, and specimen collection. Assist with IV therapy setup, monitoring, and patient care. Support regenerative medicine procedures, including PRP and other advanced therapies. Assist with body composition testing and wellness assessments. Learn and support medical aesthetic and wellness devices, including laser and energy-based treatments. Follow established safety, infection control, and sterile technique protocols. Documentation & Administrative Duties Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic medical record (EMR). Manage patient communications, scheduling, and follow-up appointments. Review laboratory orders and ensure appropriate testing is completed. Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and maintaining equipment. Ensure all consent forms and required documentation are completed accurately. Independent Work Demonstrate the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of patient care. Prioritize tasks effectively and identify needs without constant supervision. Problem-solve and adapt to changing clinic demands. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow projects through to completion. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning new skills, technology, and clinical procedures. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Preferred Medical Assistant certification or healthcare experience. Experience with EMR systems. Experience in outpatient, wellness, aesthetics, primary care, urgent care, or specialty clinics. Experience with phlebotomy, injections, IV therapy, or patient care. New to Healthcare?
