Full Job Description:
Administrative Duties (may include, but not limited to):
  • Using computer applications
  • Answering telephones
  • Updating and filing patient medical records
  • Scanning records
  • Scheduling appointments Clinical Duties (may include, but not limited to):
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Taking medical histories and updating health chart Being able to give vaccines and draw blood.
  • Preparing patients for examination
  • Assisting the physician during exams
  • Preparing and administering medications as directed by a provider
  • Authorizing prescription refills as directed
  • Making referrals
  • Verify insurance information.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities the clinical staff may assign from time to time and when the need arises.
