We are seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Certified Medical Assistant / Receptionist to join our growing team. Position Summary This dual-role position combines clinical and front-desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing blood draws and injections, managing patient scheduling, handling billing tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is critical to creating a welcoming patient experience while supporting efficient clinic operations. ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection accurately and safely. Administer injections as directed by providers and within scope of certification. Prepare treatment rooms and assist providers during patient visits. Record patient information, vital signs, and treatment documentation in the EMR system. Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols. Manage laboratory specimens and coordinate with testing facilities. Front Desk & Administrative Duties Greet patients and provide a professional, welcoming experience. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments. Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries. Verify patient information and maintain accurate medical records. Process patient payments and assist with billing-related questions. Support clinic operations through administrative and organizational tasks. Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required. Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office, clinic, or similar healthcare setting preferred. Strong phlebotomy skills and experience with injections. Familiarity with medical billing and electronic medical records (EMR). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with scheduling software and basic computer applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience in men's health, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), wellness, primary care, or concierge medicine. Experience with cash-pay or membership-based medical practices.
