Westmont Travel Required As a junior medical assistant, the major goal is to assist in keeping the clinic running smoothly, as well as an emphasis on ensuring the delivery of the highest quality patient care. The role of junior medical assistant offers a unique combination of direct and indirect patient-related duties. This role will be working alongside a Medical Assistant or RN to provide ongoing support where needed. Answer phones and maintain databases. Keep track of medical records and charts. Transfer lab results to appropriate technicians. Order supplies and maintain general office standards. This role does not function as a MA, but you may be required to perform basic, non-invasive rooming and vital sign skills if needed. A high school diploma or GED equivalent (required) Independent decision-making skills Interpersonal skills Organization Ability to write and communicate well If you are committed to putting our patients first and helping shape the future of care, you belong at Duly. The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $15-21.02/hr with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
