Role:

The Medical Assistant

• Pain Management supports providers in delivering care to patients managing acute and chronic pain conditions.

This role assists with clinical procedures, patient coordination, and ensuring a smooth care experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document medical history Assist providers with pain management procedures and treatments Support medication workflows, including prior authorizations and documentation Coordinate referrals, imaging, and follow-up care Educate patients on treatment plans and next steps as directed Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EPIC Benefits & Compensation

Qualifications:
