Job Summary:
Are you passionate about patient care and looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We are seeking a dedicated, personable, and detail-oriented Clinical Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in conducting patient assessments, administering therapies, and ensuring our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Patient Assessments:
Guide patients through a series of assessments to gather valuable information about their current condition. Assist the Physician with diagnostics and exam
Therapies and Treatments:
Assist in providing treatments for patients. Prepare patients for additional treatments by the physician based on the data collected from assessments.
Clinic Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and quality of all treatment rooms. Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and in good working order.
Patient Interaction:
Be personable and comfortable working with patients of all ages. Ensure a positive and supportive experience for all patients during their visits.
Administrative Duties:
Review patient information and intake sheets prior to their arrival to ensure all necessary information is available for assessments. Assist with the onboarding process for new patients and explain the procedures and treatments they will undergo.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in a related field is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to focus and plan out exam timelines efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and therapies over time. Ability to follow proper procedures and guidelines for patient care and treatment. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
