About the Role Join our growing team as a compassionate and dependable Medical Assistant. You will play a vital role in supporting our psychiatric clinic operations and ensuring high-quality care for our patients.

Hours:
Thursday and Friday 10a-5p and as neededPay:
$16/hrKey Responsibilities Patient Intake:
Room patients, obtain vitals, and update histories in the EMR.Clinical Support:
Manage patient flow and assist with administrative tasks (labs, referrals, and prior authorizations).Specialized Care:
Support Spravato/TMS services (we provide the training!).Environment:
Maintain a clean, professional, and safe clinical space.Requirements Experience:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or equivalent experience preferred.Tech Savvy:
Comfortable with EMR systems and detail-oriented charting. Experience with Headway and or/therapynotes would be ideal.Soft Skills:
Strong communication, professionalism, and a genuine comfort working in a mental health setting.Traits:
