Google Chrome, Safari Description The Clinical Informatics team has identified an ongoing need for after-hours support to address TouchWorks clean-up tasks, including but not limited to resolving overdue orders and other department-specific documentation backlogs. These tasks are essential to maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical records and ensuring efficient workflow for care teams.
  • This position is ON SITE only.
  • Examples of Duties Work will be completed after hours at the 201 E.
Madison location under the guidance of Clinical Informatics resources, ensuring appropriate oversight and support. The structured scheduling (up to 8 hours per student per week) allows for consistent progress. Qualifications Credentials to be Verified by Placement Officer 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2.
Any one of the following:
Current/valid State of Illinois Medical Assistant certification. One (1) year (12 months) of work experience and/or training which provided knowledge of clinical procedures and training in vital signs and patient prep for exams, sterilization and maintenance of instruments and equipment, and assisting with examinations and minor surgical procedures.
