Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Job Summary The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) performs delegated patient care tasks for an assigned patient population, supporting both clinical and administrative functions within the clinic. This role ensures efficient patient flow and delivers high‑quality service in alignment with all policy and procedure guidelines. The CMA provides care for all assigned patients and works under the direct supervision of the Medical Oncologist, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for clinical activities. Assignments, evaluations, and reporting structure are overseen by the Clinic Manager/Supervisor. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required Current CPR certification Minimum of two years of medical/surgical or oncology experience preferred Previous office experience desirable City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.
