Greeting Patients :

Providing a warm and welcoming environment by greeting patients as they arrive at the medical facility.

Scheduling Appointments :

Managing the appointment calendar, scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments.

Managing Patient Records :

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring all information is entered into the electronic health record (EHR) system promptly.

Handling Phone Inquiries :

Answering calls professionally, addressing patient inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate medical staff when necessary.

Insurance Verification :

Verifying patient insurance information to ensure smooth billing processes

Administrative Duties :

Managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and handling billing and insurance forms.

Clinical Tasks :

Assisting physicians during examinations, taking patient histories, and preparing patients for procedures.

Patient Interaction :

Providing emotional support to patients and ensuring their comfort during visits.

Technical Skills :

Performing basic laboratory tests and taking vital signs.
