Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-7pm Friday 2:30 pm - 6pm Job duties include: Greet all patients in a friendly and timely manner Schedule patient appointments Collect patient co-pays and/or deductible amounts Maintain proper security for clinic Assist therapists in gym area of clinic with cleaning treatment tables, retrieving ice packs and other equipment, light laundry of towels and pillowcases, and other duties as assigned Other duties as assigned by therapy staff Indiana Physical Therapy operates 18 outpatient orthopedic clinics in Indiana, including six in Fort Wayne and one each in Angola, Auburn, Bluffton, Columbia City, Decatur, Elkhart, Huntington, Indianapolis, Kendallville, Mishawaka, New Haven and Warsaw. Our Industrial Services and Athletic Training divisions also provide therapy and service options. Our employees are our #1 resource . Must be able to demonstrate effective typing skills and have general computer operation skills, with a preference for experience and competence with Microsoft Office or like products. B. Must have excellent verbal and writing skills. C. Must have the ability to establish and foster effective working relationships with patients, commercial clients, and all levels of company personnel. D. Must demonstrate the ability to work legally in the United States.
