Their longevity has allowed them to put the proper team infrastructure in place and establish efficient and replicable processes. They have a focus on commercial, healthcare, and higher education projects, but work in several other market sectors as well. This firm is working on some of the most prominent and high-profile projects. They offer several training and development programs to help give employees control over their career progression and know exactly where they stand. They also put an emphasis on culture and community involvement by hosting OSU tailgates, volunteering at the local food bank, and other company outings.
Job Description The Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily on‑site construction activities, ensuring work progresses safely and efficiently Manage subcontractors and field crews, coordinating tasks and verifying work quality. Maintain project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting plans to keep milestones on target. Help drive growth from preconstruction all the way through project closeout Work directly with Lead Superintendent Ensure safety compliance, enforcing standards, conducting walkthroughs, and resolving hazards. Make on‑site decisions, using autonomy to address issues and keep the project moving smoothly. The Successful Applicant The Successful Candidate:
1-3+ years of general contractor construction experience Ability to work together as a team Wanting to work under a seasoned superintendent to gain experience on large scale builds Experience on K-12, Commercial, or Healthcare construction - either ground up or renovations What's on Offer What's to Offer for
