Key Responsibilities Every day, you will triage and treat students with illnesses, injuries, and medications during the school day. You will document care in real time and maintain reporting of required health information. Success Factors To be successful in this role, you must be dependable, committed to delivering high-quality care, exercise sound independent judgment, and uphold the highest standards of integrity. Qualifications Certified medical assistant, holding a CMA, CCMA, or RMA certification. Minimum three (3) years of patient-care experience as a medical assistant CPR/First Aid certification Ability to work with children and remain calm in emergencies Strong communication skills Record-keeping and confidentiality awareness (FERPA/HIPAA understanding) Who We Are Hardon Education is an accredited career college providing healthcare education, school nursing services, and nursing case management to support community health.
