Responsibilities Assist providers during dermatology and aesthetic procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout treatments Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, patient intake, and updating electronic health records (EHR systems) accurately and efficiently Support patient care by preparing examination rooms, sterilizing equipment, and managing inventory of medical supplies Administer medications and injections following established protocols while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards Assist with minor outpatient procedures within the clinic or hospital setting Document medical information precisely, including ICD coding, anatomy details, physiology notes, and medication administration records Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients Skills Proven experience in dermatology, aesthetic treatments, or outpatient clinical settings with a focus on patient care excellence Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding, and medication administration protocols Skilled in using EHR systems for documentation, scheduling, and patient data management. We use Athena Ability to perform vital signs assessment and intake procedures confidently. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds including geriatrics and internal medicine patients.
