Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Medical Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and interested in both the aesthetics and women's health space . You will work closely with our providers and estheticians to ensure a smooth and exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist providers during medical, aesthetic, and women's wellness treatments Prepare and clean treatment rooms before and after appointments Room patients, take vital signs, and update medical records Assist with gynecologic exams and procedures Maintain proper sanitation and sterilization protocols Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed Support front desk tasks when needed (checking patients in/out, scheduling) Ensure a high level of patient care, comfort, and discretion at all times

Qualifications:

Medical Assistant certification preferred (not required with experience) Previous experience in a medical office required; gynecology or women's health experience strongly preferred Medspa or aesthetics experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus

Schedule:

Part-time (hours may vary, including some evenings and/or weekends)

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
