Minimum Qualifications:

Degree in veterinary medicine (DVM, VMD, or equivalent) Board certification or board-eligibility in the American College of Veterinary Pathologists (ACVP) or the European College of Veterinary Pathologists (ECVP) The degree requirement is necessary for accreditation purposes and to ensure candidates possess the specialized knowledge, skills, and abilities that can only be attained through a formal educational program at this level.

Preferred Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and evidence of effective teamwork The chosen candidate for the position will be required to pursue Kansas veterinary licensure through the Kansas Board of Veterinary Examiners The candidate selected for this position must be able to meet eligibility requirements to work in the United States at the time of appointment and continue working legally for the proposed term of employment.
