Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy (blood draws), administering medications under supervision. Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring accurate documentation of patient encounters, ICD coding for diagnoses, and updating medical histories. Support patient service by answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to discharge.
