Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science or related field preferred. Certification as a Pathologist Assistant or relevant equivalent experience. Strong grasp of grossing, tissue preparation, and specimen management. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proven ability to communicate clearly with laboratory and medical staff.Responsibilities:
Prepare and examine surgical specimens under the direction of a pathologist. Perform gross dissection and ensure accurate documentation. Support workflow efficiency while maintaining rigorous safety and compliance standards. Collaborate effectively with pathology and clinical teams.
